First of All, Thank You!!
We have tried to design the webpage below to answer every volunteer's questions. As we are assigning work to about 70 people, we have tried to avoid any follow on e-mails as it can be overwhelming for our Event Director.
Read below to find your volunteer job assignment activity. Please note the name of the person who will be providing instructions to you (Supervisor) and your reporting time. Many volunteers will receive their instructions at the school (Directions immediately below). If you are a Rest stop Volunteer, your Captain may provide your instructions. Also, you may want to print a copy of the cue sheet and route map if you are a course volunteer. You will find these as downloadable files further below on this page.
Please read everything below to see if your questions are answered - Directions, Start Time, Location, etc. Also, eveything just seems to fall together on Event day as we have hundreds of great people just looking to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer and we always get it done somehow... Showing up with questions is great - just don't forget sunscreen.
Many of you will see your name twice as you are lucky enough to have two jobs. If you see that you are your Supervisor, forgive us (it's a big spreadsheet and we couldn't clean up everything...), but please respect your Supervisor.
We have taken the liberty of including the e-mail addresses of our "Supervisors". More detailed instructions possibly provided by your Supervisor should trump anything below. If you are really unsure about something, drop them a line.

Rest stop captains can download the files below prior to the event. These are a little dated but they may be helpful.
